Chatham Park’s highly anticipated NoVi neighborhood celebrated its Grand Opening March 15 with an exciting day of festivities. Future homeowners and community members gathered to experience all NoVi offers, enjoying model home tours, local food trucks, door prizes and tours of the new Chatham Park YMCA.
The event marks a major milestone in the growth of Chatham Park’s North Village, bringing new residential opportunities to the thriving community. NoVi will feature over 600 residential units, including single-family homes, cottages, villas and townhomes.
