Jody Leidolf brings landscape visions to life at MOSAIC.
With a degree in landscape architecture, a focus on urban design, and a passion for town planning, Jody’s expertise and love for building community shine through the outdoor design of MOSAIC.
Jody owns Terrace Land Studio, a land consultancy firm providing planning, design, construction management and owners’ representation services to development projects. He works with MOSAIC on everything from infrastructure development to the design of the Philip H. Kohl MOSAIC Family Commons.
“My work is all about incremental value creation, building brand consistency and crafting landscape – everything everyone sees outside the building,” says Jody.
Before becoming the keeper of MOSAIC’s hardscape, Jody worked as a consultant in large landscape architecture planning firms. The desire to understand how business decisions were made pushed him to open Terrace Land Studio, and the rest is history.
“You don’t see the scale and complexity of projects like MOSAIC come along that often,” Jody explains.
“At MOSAIC, we’ve blended horizontal and vertical integrated uses to create a truly fascinating landscape,” says Jody. “I enjoy drawing people together in exterior environments and then seeing the community visit and enjoy what’s been intentionally created.”
